Consider THIS before voting...

I am amazed that there has been no discussion of the new "Military Commissions Act" by any American here. (maybe I missed such)
Could it be that they are totally ignorant of it or is it a subject which they prefer to ignore?
How can you ignore an Act which allows your Government to arrest you and, without charge, throw you in a secret prison and hold you for
years?
Please, can anyone explain this attitude to me?

Lindsay and his "take" on Zionism/Israel.

I caught the last fifteen mins of the radio show on Sat. and had to comment on the "Zionism is good, Israel is good" proclomation.
Might I mention a couple of facts regarding these "good" entities.
Albert Einstein was asked to become the first President of Israel abd refused. This could have something to do with his opinion of Zionism, which he compared to the Nazis. (must be a self-hating Jew, I guess)
