Disgraceful but entirely unsurprising efforts from the Islamofascists in Paris this week.
In large part it is heartening to see the reaction (candlelight vigils, republishing of cartoons, etc), but at the same time depressingly clear that very few people actually understand or are prepared to confront the problem.
