This year I was given the opportunity to do a stand-up comedy set at the Canterbury University Law Review. I finally got the video of the performance and being the shameless exhibitionist that I am, I’ve uploaded it on to You Tube for the entire world to see.

I’ve just finished watching the latest South Park episode, ‘Imaginationland’. Let’s just say they touch on a couple of subjects I think you may be interested in…A little Jihad and a bit of contract law to boot. I have gone to the trouble of finding a site where you can watch it online because, quite frankly, I’m a very thoughtful person.

The results are in and with a voter turnout of 41 percent, New Zealand citizens proved to be a lot more enthusiastic than many predicted. Here in Christchurch, Bob Parker was the clear winner. Parker was pictured on the front of this morning’s Press—alongside his disproportionately hot wife—grinning broadly over the favorable results.

In April of this year famed American football player, Michael Vick, was accused of helping to orchestrate dog fighting matches over a period of six years. During this six year long enterprise many dogs were reportedly pitted against each other, mauled to death by other dogs or killed by Vick and his associates because they weren’t deemed to be vicious enough for the cruel sport. As I look over the gruesome details of this case I can only ask myself one question…

I was going to post this as a reply in an old thread that Rick Giles started concerning a recent Free Radical cover story. However I ended up spending way more time writing this than I initially intended and I thought I’d just turn it in to a full blown blog post instead. I think you guys might like this story and I’ll be damned if I’m going to let the fruits of a solid 40 minutes of my intellectual labour whither and die in an old thread that no one’s going to revisit.
