Intro to 'Total Passion'

Kyrel Zantonavitch's new review on Amazon of my book, 'Total Passion for the Total Height,' prompted me to start re-reading the thing myself. As I made my way through the Introduction I became quite exercised by the trenchant accuracy of my own observations, and motivated to lift myself from the pessimistic funk induced by the horrors of which I write. It occurred to me that I'd never published that Introduction here. Here it is (oh, and of course, buy the book if you want more!):

President Trump is the hero of our time. I never thought I’d get to see the day when a U.S President stood strongly for everything I believe to be so important to Western civilisation. There are times when I have to pinch myself to make sure I’m not just dreaming. Hearing his United Nations Address to the world yesterday is one of those times.

Men

Postmodernist and feminist philosophy, since the 1960s, teaches us that men are fundamentally evil. They are naturally and inherently monsters. Men are remarkable biological and genetic failures.

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford: An Emotional Cloud of Camouflage

From her perfected facial expression of a cute little doe caught in the headlights of a car, to her highly affected baby-voice, Dr. Ford’s performance of a sex assault victim on the verge of a spiritual collapse due to an event 36 years ago just does not ring true to me. What she strikes me as, more than anything, is a squid squirting out ink as a camouflage. Her “ink” consists of soft, vulnerable, feminine emotions which plume around her manipulating everybody to go easy on her because she’s delicate and close to breaking. It’s called playing the victim, the operative word being ‘playing.’

The #MeToo’s Attempted Castration of Kavanaugh

Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s hearing to be admitted to the Supreme Court started out as a circus thanks to Democrats trying to shut the whole process down. Now it has become an all out lynching - and why not? Kavanaugh is fair game under the rules of the #MeToo movement, for he’s a straight, male conservative, which means he has a pair of balls and the whole movement of #MeToo exists only to castrate men. ‘Off With Their Balls!’ should be their official tagline.

Review: Yaram Hazony, The Virtue of Nationalism, 2018

Grant Jones's picture
Submitted by Grant Jones on Tue, 2018-09-18 01:20

Yoram Hazony makes the case that anti-nationalism is objectively anti-Semitism. He is the president of the Jerusalem based Herzl Institute. He makes clear in this book that Zionism is Jewish nationalism, which he completely supports.

He demonstrates much more in this masterful work that needs the widest possible dissemination. The Virtue of Nationalism's thesis is much broader than the nature of the Jewish State. It's an in-depth look at the theory, nature and history of the national state and why it's the best form of political order known to man. The author's conceptual framework begins by making the vital distinction between forms of government and forms of polities:

Since nihilism became mainstream culture via the politics of the Left, that’s when.

Award goes to Olivia Pierson for this post here on SOLO:

"Identitarian" is a pejorative term that wimps on the right use to distinguish themselves from the so-called alt-right, because many on the alt-right understand they were delivered something by their forebears that was extraordinary - and they don't want to see it surrendered to the darkest forces that humanity has to offer.

An Evening with Douglas Murray & Cornel West: Polarised

After going to hear these two men discuss ideas about Western culture, my overall feeling was that they didn’t really “have at it.” They didn’t come across as all that polarised from one another, as one might’ve thought they would be, given that they are usually on the opposite side of every issue. West, the loud-speaking, black American liberal, Murray, the politely brilliant, conservative Englishman.

Hate speech is an irrational anti-concept dripping in the pure slime of subjectivity without any proper objective measure to give it any qualification.
