Greatest Existential Threat to America—Its President!

Four days after Islamosavages shot up a Christmas party in California, killing fourteen, President Obama finally acknowledged this was an act of terrorism. He did not, however, acknowledge his own role in it. The savages were inspired by ISIS, the organisation he directly enabled, emboldened and nurtured by his abandonment of Iraq and his ongoing denial that the caliphate represented an existential threat to the United States. ISIS' flourishing is Obama's handiwork. Flourishing, it inspires other Islamosavages to perpetrate their unspeakable deeds.

Daniel Oran's Dictionary of the Law defines treason as "...[a]...citizen's actions to help a foreign government overthrow, make war against, or seriously injure the [parent nation]."

By his actions and inactions, Obama has helped and continues to help the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria make war against Americans.

In his speech tonight Obama made it clear that henceforth it will be appeasement as usual. He spent more time exonerating Muslims in general from the acts of ISIS than excoriating ISIS. His primary concern was to deny that we are witnessing precisely the clash of civilisations that we are. That's because, in that clash, he's on the other side.

Obama has spearheaded an immigration policy that has allocated 680,000 Green Cards to Muslims in the past five years. At the same time, in an impeachable breach of the Constitution, he has attempted to provide amnesty to millions of Mexicans currently in America illegally.

Obama promised a "fundamental transformation of America" in 2008. It's now clear that a major component of his strategy to achieve this has been immigration: import as many people from alien cultures as possible. Another is to override the Second Amendment and disarm American citizens. Even tonight, Obama couldn't help himself, as he promoted new gun laws that would have made no difference to the San Bernardino savages' access to the weapons they used.

Donald Trump is wrong about Obama. He is not "stupid," or "incompetent" or "delusional." He is not someone who "doesn't know what the hell he is doing." He knows exactly what he is doing, and is going about it with extraordinary tenacity and competence.

Obama should be impeached for what he is doing, and could be on any number of counts. But he won't be, meaning patriots loyal to the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution must take matters into their own hands. Post-Paris, pre-San Bernardino, among six steps necessary to save Western Civilisation, I included:

5) Forcibly remove Obama from the White House and detain him at Guantanamo, the place from which he couldn't wait to release more detainees just hours after the Paris massacres. There he should remain pending trial for complicity in war crimes and High Treason, for which he should, if found guilty, be executed. I've referred to him often enough as "Obamarx" and "Obamullah," the "Anti-American President." His repulsive utterances at the post-massacre press conference in Turkey (the massacre having occurred just hours after he had claimed ISIS to be "contained") must surely have sealed his traitor status except in the anti-minds of the most zealously evil.

By withdrawing prematurely from Iraq and failing to make good on his "red line" promise against Assad's use of chemical weapons in Syria, Obamullah directly paved the way for ISIS to flourish. Then to say, just hours after the streets of Paris had been strewn with dead young bodies cut down by the self-same ISIS, that this event was a mere "setback," was an obscenity eclipsing even his dismissal of Fort Hood as "work-place violence," of ISIS as "the JV team," etc.

Impress upon all befuddled commentators like O'Reilly and Hannity, who constantly profess themselves gobsmacked by the President's seemingly incomprehensible conduct, that he is not merely innocently misguided, naive, mistaken, confused or dumb—he is an active, conscious agent of evil. He made no secret of his agenda to "fundamentally transform" America when running for the presidency in 2008. He has largely succeeded. This fan of Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers is not in the White House to walk among the Washingtons and Jeffersons and Lincolns and Reagans—he's there to obliterate them. He must be removed from there forthwith. America—and Western Civilisation—doesn't have the luxury of waiting for the 2016 election. The Generals must do their patriotic duty.

The wisdom of these words has been underscored tonight. The biggest existential threat to America is its President. The military must neutralise its Commander-in-Chief.

I guess that's not going to happen either—in which case it's "So long, America." One thing Donald Trump is right about: after Obama's speech Trump tweeted, "Is that all there is? We need a new President FAST." I wonder if he realises how right he is? Another year of Obama will be all it takes to "fundamentally transform" the Land of the Free beyond recognition or recovery.

Bidinotto is a pathological Narcissist. He would say you can't form a good group of individualists, since, to him, "individualism" means morbid self-absorption and vain whim-worship. Remember that Rand said that vanity is the ultimate "second-hand virtue." Bidinotto and too many other pseudo-Oists do not understand, much less embody, the distinction between gratuitous conceit and authentic self-esteem.

OrgOism

Kyrel Zantonavitch's picture

Lindsay, and anyone else -- Is "OrgOism" really the problem? Is it really impossible to form a good Objectivist group? Robert Bidinotto says you can't form a good group of individualists. That also seems flat wrong. It's like saying humans can't socialize together, based on shared ideas and ideals, to mutual profit. It's like saying all human cooperation is corrupt. It's like saying governments are inherently tyrannical -- as the anarchists argue.

The two current main Objectivist organizations are characterized by: 1) cultism, zombiehood, brain-deadness, hagiography, maliciousness, high weirdness, rewritting of history, censorship, excommunication, general depravity; and 2) moderate lack of principle and passion. But that doesn't mean future Objectivist groups won't be far, far better. Almost beyond a doubt, they will be!

I draw folks' attention again ...

... to my words in the primary post:

In his speech tonight Obama made it clear that henceforth it will be appeasement as usual. He spent more time exonerating Muslims in general from the acts of ISIS than excoriating ISIS. Donald Trump is wrong about Obama. He is not "stupid," or "incompetent" or "delusional." He is not someone who "doesn't know what the hell he is doing." He knows exactly what he is doing, and is going about it with extraordinary tenacity and competence.

Today the former deputy-director of the FBI told Judge Jeanine that there is a reason Obama is hell-bent on bringing as many immigrants as possible into America from the Middle East, but he's not prepared to spell it out. Until someone is prepared to spell it out, Obama's agenda will proceed unobstructed. Trump has come close several times, saying "There's something going on with our president that we don't understand," but he, who probably understands very well, balks at saying what it is. The "something" is exactly the thing I state above. There is a traitor in the White House. You Americans are too dumb to see it. I have tried to tell you, but you'd rather beat up on Yaron Brook (who is too dumb to see it too, and too complacent to care even if he did see it). OrgOists deserve to be beaten up on, but they're of no significance in the scheme of things. The fact that you have a president actively seeking to destroy America is significant. I wish I were significant, too, so that you dumbasses might wake up and pay attention. Your own president is taking your country down!

The greatest existential threat to America, and her greatest treasonist, isn't Obama. It's the American people. It's the vacuous, fatuous, loathsome, evil, American citizens and voters.

You mean Airhead America? It strikes me that someone has been pointing that out for a while. Smiling But here's the thing: those among you who did not vote for Obama nonetheless will not confront the fact that you have an active traitor in the White House. The most important line in my article is the one to the effect that in this clash of civilisations, he is on the other side. Airhead America is ballast. He's the one steering the ship. Towards mega-rocks. Deliberately. If you don't face that but go deliberately into denial you become part of the problem.

The EEL Obleftivists!

OrgOism's version of EELs (Eastern Establishment Liberals) must be tut-tutting in a chorus so frenzied that even Wagner would be envious.

Linz, I have to hand it to you. You come up with the best and most catchy ways to describe the official Objectivist dogmas and organizations. Yes, OrgOism is just like the Beltway liberal and conservative establishments. In essence OrgOism has become a type of 5th column. Obleftivism at its worst.

Death to the People! ;-)

I think Lindsay wrote a great article above. I didn't realize Muslims got 680,000 Green Cards (i.e. permanent residency status and permission to work) in five years. And certainly I take seriously, and worry about, Obama's attempt at the "fundamental transformation of America." He's kept quiet about it the past six years or so, but he evidently still very much wants us all to become post-modernists and socialists -- and even Big Brother servants. So sad and sick. BUT...

The greatest existential threat to America, and her greatest treasonist, isn't Obama. It's the American people. It's the vacuous, fatuous, loathsome, evil, American citizens and voters. They're virtually all conservo-progressives, which means welfare statists, which means semi-tyrants. Ignorance of political science is the great problem in America today -- not her politicians.

How to teach and inform mankind, I don't know. Albert J. Nock said overcoming ignorance directly was remarkably hard. I almost converted from Leftism to libertarianism at age 17 based on a single out-of-context reading of 300 classical words on a book-mark beginning with "We challenge the cult of the omnipotent state and upholds the rights of the individual." When I finally got to Rand at age 18 it took me under a day to become a full laissez-faire capitalist.

So I seem to have the ability to inform myself. Or at least I once did.

But how to educate today's monkeys, i.e. 99% of mankind, is something I have no clue about. But simple education does seem to be the issue and answer. There's no terrible evil and betrayal -- no horrific personal corruption and treason -- going on with Obama or any other world politician. The problem is virtually everyone alive is ignorant of the factual and non-opinion subject of political science.

Our greatest geniuses alive are virtually all anti-liberty welfare statists. All the brilliant minds at Harvard, Stanford, and Oxford have political rocks in their head. Mankind's current enemy and destroyer seems to be simple ignorance.

The "Moderate" Muslims

"But what about ISIS — the world’s most savage and deadly terror organization? The latest polling data show that while a majority of Muslims reject ISIS, extrapolating from the populations of polled countries alone shows that roughly 50 million people express sympathy for a terrorist army that burns prisoners alive, throws gay men from buildings, and beheads political opponents. In Pakistan a horrifying 72 percent couldn’t bring themselves to express an unfavorable view of ISIS:"

I can only imagine the hysterical Obleftivist reaction to Trump that must be going on right now. OrgOism's version of EELs (Eastern Establishment Liberals) must be tut-tutting in a chorus so frenzied that even Wagner would be envious.

If my op-ed puts me at odds with Objectivism, then I'm at odds with Objectivism. Hardly the first time. I've made it clear often enough that in the clash of civilisations which this is, as far as I'm concerned Western Civilisation with its flaws trumps doctrinal purity, especially when the latter flies in the face of common sense. Personally I'm sure Rand would be with me on this—OrgOism is not Objectivism—but that's not the point.

Putin will do what America should have been doing.  Scary thought...

Objectivist sentiments are pathetic

Doug Bandler The Second's picture

From what I am reading on the Objectivist Twitter feeds that I know of, what I see is massive antagonism *against* trump because he is being hostile to Muslims as a group. Here we go again. Objectivists just will not morally judge a group because they don't think groups can be judged because to do so would be "collectivism".

I guarantee most Objectivists would consider Linz' position to be opposed with Objectivism. He would be a "collectivist" who is proving the Left right. Yes, I have seen that sentiment from Objectivists. In fact, Robert Tracinski has retweeted such a sentiment. So has Ari Armstrong.

There is something wrong with Objectivism. As I have said, recognizing Islam as evil and Muslims as dangerous should be low hanging fruit for a philosophy with a "superior epistemology". What do most Objectivists think Rand would say if she were alive right now? Do they really think that she would defend the right of moderate Muslims? Really?

Mark my words, if Trump becomes the Republican nominee, OrgOism will advise to vote against him. Mark my words.

Donald Trump Rips The Mask Off Of The Face of Liberalism

Neil Parille's picture

Liberalism (libertarianism, Objectivism, neo-conservatism, mainstream conservatism, left-liberalism) teaches that all groups are equal and if you make distinctions among them (Muslims are not able to assimilate for example) you are a bigot.

We all know this is a lie.

Like Joe McCarthy before him (who for whatever his excesses he told the truth about the Left) Donald Trump ripped a mask off the face of liberalism.

Western Civilization lives to fight another day.

Unholy shit, some uncommon sense!

DONALD J. TRUMP STATEMENT ON PREVENTING MUSLIM IMMIGRATION

(New York, NY) December 7th, 2015, -- Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on. According to Pew Research, among others, there is great hatred towards Americans by large segments of the Muslim population. Most recently, a poll from the Center for Security Policy released data showing "25% of those polled agreed that violence against Americans here in the United States is justified as a part of the global jihad" and 51% of those polled, "agreed that Muslims in America should have the choice of being governed according to Shariah." Shariah authorizes such atrocities as murder against non-believers who won't convert, beheadings and more unthinkable acts that pose great harm to Americans, especially women.

Mr. Trump stated, "Without looking at the various polling data, it is obvious to anybody the hatred is beyond comprehension. Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine. Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life. If I win the election for President, we are going to Make America Great Again." - Donald J. Trump

You don't seem to understand. The Objectivist community is pretty much in agreement that Donald Trump is a neo-fascist and he represents such a threat to the cause of free markets and the freedom of association (ie open immigration) that the only sensible option is to vote for Hillary. If we don't, America will march down the path of racism, nationalism and fascism and Leonard Peikoff's "The Ominous Parallels" will become a reality.

You haven't read OPAR and DIM enough times. You're clearly a rationalist.

I noticed she was bleeding in 2003.

She may have started haemorrhaging before then - indeed, the diet of acidic Progressivism had been eating away at her insides for decades.

If her heart hadn't been so great she would have died years ago.
Perhaps that would have been a good thing?

On her knees, with eyes bulging.

Only something so beautiful could have created something so grotesque.

Alas

There are no patriots among the Generals. All they're worried about is their pensions. Ditto the politicians.

This is not 1776.

So long, America. Sad

Frightening!

What another whole fucking year of this disgusting, treasonous president can bring is truly horrible. Do we have to wait for a nuke? Where are the Generals?! Where is McChrystal? Petraeus? West? This is a Constitutional Republic gone horribly wrong!
