Trump vs The Filth: 100 Days In, Trump Is Winning!

100 days in, Trump is winning.

In the epic show-down between President Donald Trump and the forces I generically designate as "The Filth," Trump is winning.

Given the hysterical ferocity of The Filth in their determination to prevent America's becoming great again, it's certain that only Trump could be winning in these parlous circumstances.

Let us—we, the decent people of the world—hold our noses briefly and remind ourselves just who comprises the putrid panoply of perfidy that is The Filth, whom Trump has taken on.

1) The "mainstream" media. Outlets such as CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, The New York Times, The Washington Post—not to mention other illiterate fake journalists all over the world such as those at New Zealand's Dominion Post and New Zealand Herald—are an integral and enthusiastic component of The Filth. These one-time bastions of traditional, fact-based, fact-reporting journalism have obliterated all distinction between fact and opinion and serve up their own vicious prejudices in lieu of reportage. Turds like Chris Matthews, Rachael Maddow, Brian Williams, Don Lemon, Jake Tapper, Jorge Ramos and Andersen Cooper, in their smarmy, belligerent degeneracy, are testament to the fact that "mainstream" in this context is not a stream but a sewer. Independent surveys have shown that almost 100% of the sewer's coverage of Trump has been hostile. Media-Filth will not rest till Donald Trump has been impeached or assassinated.

Fittingly, the President eschewed the annual turd-fest that is the White House Correspondents' Dinner to commemorate his first 100 days with real human beings in Pennsylvania. With Trump, human beings trump The Filth!

2) Muslims. Devotees of the vilest belief system in the history of superstition, Islamosavages are working diligently not just through overt Jihadists such as ISIS but stealth Jihadists such as CAIR to effect "Death to America!" and institute a world-wide caliphate. Useful idiots the world over are denying this is happening, thereby facilitating it. The President, who re-read The Snake (see below) at today's rally, knows better.

3) Treasonous pip-squeak judges, shills of the pro-Muslim Democratic Party, who exceed and abuse their authority to block measures by Trump designed to protect America from Muslims. Their victory is temporary, and in the better world that will eventually come to pass, we might hope that these scum will be charged with the treason they have knowingly committed.

4) Ugly Wimmin. Screeching harridans like Muslim Linda Sarsour, Madonna and Ashley Judd. These black-souled creatures are misandrysts, the female equivalent of misogynists. They have not just a pathological hatred of men but of mankind and human glory. "I am a naaaaaaasty woman," one of them ranted at a recent Ugly Wimmin's March. We may safely take her at her word. She and her ilk are a major constituent of The Filth.

5) Social Justice Warriors (there is, of course, some overlap among these categories). These are the moronnials whose sole reason for getting out of bed each day is to be "triggered" by something, wail about their hurt feelings and scream for "safe spaces" from which such pesky un-PC types as Ann Coulter, Charles Murray and Milo Yiannopoulos will be excluded, by force if necessary. Ultimately, of course, their ambition is for the whole world to be one vast Safe Space. They are feral totalitarians. Filth doesn't get much filthier than Social Justice Warriors.

6) Academia. SJWs are usually university students. Many of their professors are as filthy as they. Academia is where this evil all began. Postmodernism, relativism, nihilism, Political Correctness, Islamo-Marxism, identity politics (including the proposition that there are not just two genders but an infinite number) ... all have been militantly purveyed by taxpayer-funded, tenured "parasites of the classroom" [Ayn Rand]. They have turned universities from bulwarks of free speech to TyrannyHQ. A swamp yet to be drained.

7) Dem-Scum. This one requires no elaboration. It's impossible for a true human to look upon Democrats such as Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Elisabeth Warren, the Clintons, the Obamas, Maxine Waters, et al, without being repulsed by the self-evident evil of which they reek. Period.

8 ) Useful Idiots. These are the weasel-worders, the mealy-mouthed, the namby-pambies, the milksops and milquetoasts whose cowardly desire not to offend The Filth makes them part of it. The moron who ran for the Libertarian Party last year (who was that again?) and said it was perfectly OK for Christian bakers to be forced to make cakes for gay weddings was a classic example. All the hand-wringers who whimper that not all Muslims are terrorists, ignoring the fact that every conscientious Muslim is (or aspires to be), are others. New Zealand's ACT party is awash in useful idiots. Then there is ARISIS, my name for the travesty that is the Ayn Rand Institute, supposedly the world HQ of Objectivism. The grotesqueries who head this ostensibly pro-freedom organisation condemn Trump as "the villain of our time," promote open borders, oppose the wall (from behind the walls of their gated communities), equate free trade with trade that benefits tyrants, avow that "everyday Muslims are not a problem," etc. These Obleftivists are Filth-enablers, and thus themselves Filth.

Against this phalanx of Filth, Donald Trump is prevailing. He is about to enact the biggest tax cuts ever. He has already begun the biggest roll-back of government regulation ever. He has instigated much stricter vetting of savages even as the aforementioned treasonous judges have temporarily thwarted him. He has promoted to the Supreme Court a judge who will ensure that the thwarting is temporary. He told the NRA yesterday that "the eight-year assault on the Second Amendment has come to a crashing end." The eight-year assault on coal and cops has likewise come to a crashing end. He remains intent on bringing Obamacare to a crashing end. He has begun the rebuilding of America's military, and already employed it to earth-shaking effect.

Ronald Reagan, listing the accomplishments of his eight years as President, said, "Not bad. Not bad at all." Of Donald Trump's first 100 days, we may already say with impunity, as he might put it himself, "Amazing. Incredible. Tremendous." He is well on his way to Making America Great Again.

But we must all muck in and help out in any way we can. The Filth never sleeps. (Fortunately, neither does President Trump.) All humans should let their voices be heard at every opportunity. This is not just Trump vs The Filth, but The Filth vs Humanity.

It's an epochal battle that will go down to the wire.

On her way to work one morning
Down the path along side the lake
A tender-hearted woman saw a poor half-frozen snake
His pretty colored skin had been all frosted with the dew
"Poor thing," she cried, "I'll take you in and I'll take care of you."
"Take me in tender woman
Take me in, for heaven's sake
Take me in, tender woman," sighed the snake.

She wrapped him up all cozy in a comforter of silk
And laid him by her fireside with some honey and some milk
She hurried home from work that night and soon as she arrived
She found that pretty snake she'd taken in had been revived
"Take me in, tender woman
Take me in, for heaven's sake
Take me in, tender woman," sighed the snake.

She clutched him to her bosom, "You're so beautiful," she cried
"But if I hadn't brought you in by now you might have died."
She stroked his pretty skin again and kissed and held him tight
Instead of saying thanks, the snake gave her a vicious bite.
"Take me in, tender woman
Take me in, for heaven's sake
Take me in, tender woman," sighed the snake.
"I saved you," cried the woman
"And you've bitten me, but why?
You know your bite is poisonous and now I'm going to die."
"Oh shut up, silly woman," said the reptile with a grin
"You knew damn well I was a snake before you took me in!"

Great news about the "muslim ban" (if only it were..)

Not One Muslim!

Apparently SCOTUS is going to adjudicate on whether Goblian bakers may be forced to make cakes for gay weddings. Of course they may not, but the Fag-Fascists are as mindlessly strident as Black Lives Matter, Ugly Wimmin and other Filth and I'm not confident SCOTUS will approach this with clear heads. Would be an intewesting test for Obleftivist Bwook. Someone should wing his wadio show and ask him where he stands.

Trump just can't stop WINNING

Great news about the "muslim ban" (if only it were..), but the final decision will have to wait October if I understood correctly. It's going to only partially be reinstated as of now.

I've just seen this comment today. My exaggeration of ARI's treatment of Peikoff seems to have been misinterpreted somewhat. That you want "insults" or "trash" deleted is remarkable.

No...

"Mark" referred to himself as "Mark" or "Mark & Froggy" and also connects some of his posts to your website ARI Watch.
Did you just put the last comment up there Mark under the name Mark Hunter?

Olivia’s blog

Mark Hunter's picture

I don’t know what Linz is talking about. He doesn’t either. I’ve never posted to Olivia’s blog or visited it until just now. I see that someone made a few comments there using the name “Mark” and that Olivia replied with the salutation “Mark and Froggy” as if she thought that Mark was me. Mark did not disabuse her of the confusion.

Yes, of course I meant “compliment” in my last post. Trouble is the blog software won’t let me edit the post now. Doubtless Linz finds a typo in a post of his own now and then, and he is able to correct it.

I asked Linz if he could delete “gregster’s” last post, which is rather like demanding that he delete it. Who would want to post here, much less read such trash? Good bye SOLOP.

Mark

Lindsay Perigo's picture

Linz, can you delete the last post by “gregster”? A complement from such a person is an insult. Delete it, then drop him down the nearest sewer.

I assume you mean compliment? And I don't delete-on-demand, or consign people to sewers who don't remotely belong there. Your request is as bizarre as your calling Olivia a "traitor to her race" on her site. ????

I don’t know why Trump is letting in Australia’s refuse but I just can’t see him thinking “I must be nice to the poor refugees” like German girls holding up “Welcome to Germany” signs. Perhaps the problem is that he has surrounded himself with poor advisors, but really nothing I can think of makes sense. You can only explain irrationality with another irrationality. What he’s doing is suicidal, not just for America, but for his political career.

Trump was bequeathed the deal by Obafilth. He blew his top about it by phone with Australian PM Turnbull, who does belong in the sewer, which is what got him (Trump) into strife when the transcript was leaked. Then he said it was nonetheless a done deal and he would reluctantly honour it. Bad mistake. I too think he should have torn it up. Likewise I think Trump should have stuck with his original "total and complete shutdown" of Islamosavages. See where muting it to a "travel ban" has got him! But I'm not going to abandon him because he's not perfect. And when outright Filth like Bwook are so dementedly opposed to him, you know he must be doing something right. Quite a lot, I would say.

During the campaign and right after Trump’s victory Yaron Brook was right to focus his fear on the American people. The public is Brook’s enemy and it hasn’t changed. When a more sincere and consistent man than Trump comes along they will vote for him. At least we can say of Trump that he has shown the way, shown that immigration patriotism is a winning position for political candidates.

The public—the public of "Don't let it go" fame—are indeed Bwook's enemy (or rather, he is theirs). He is an obnoxious, smug, elitist Obleftivist, a swamp-ist who, according to what you have unearthed, gets paid half a million a year for his tweachewy. That public is being as well served by Donald Trump as anyone alive is able to serve it right now. The degree of sincerity and consistency you posit doesn't exist, except among a few people who, alas, don't matter.

Edit. This just in:

The number of refugees who entered the U.S. during President Trump’s first three months compared to the last months of President Obama’s term was cut nearly in half, according to statistics released Friday by the Department of Homeland Security. ...

Take out the trash. Pathological altruism. Brook vs. Americans

Mark Hunter's picture

Linz, can you delete the last post by “gregster”? A complement from such a person is an insult. Delete it, then drop him down the nearest sewer.

Getting back to Trump, during his campaign he repeatedly featured the survivors of immigrant murderers at his rallies. “Trump opens California rally with families of people killed by illegal immigrants” (The Hill April 28, 2016):

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump underscored his hard stance on illegal immigration during a rally Thursday night by bringing several people on stage whose family members had been killed by illegal immigrants.

“They’re unbelievable. They’ve suffered,” Trump said during a California rally before bringing them up on the stage. “These are great people.”

They were patsies. Trump used them. Now that they’ve served their purpose the hell with them. Imagine what they’re thinking about Trump now. Talk about suffering.

What I just wrote is what immigration patriots should be saying at full volume. The Leftists will remain silent on this issue for fear Trump might reverse his reversal.

About Doug’s suggestion that the problem with Trump is pathological altruism – “in which inclinations to benevolence and empathy turn self-destructive” (quoting Vdare.com), what Rand would call simply “altruism” – I don’t know why Trump is letting in Australia’s refuse but I just can’t see him thinking “I must be nice to the poor refugees” like German girls holding up “Welcome to Germany” signs. Perhaps the problem is that he has surrounded himself with poor advisors, but really nothing I can think of makes sense. You can only explain irrationality with another irrationality. What he’s doing is suicidal, not just for America, but for his political career.

.... ARIWatch is invaluable, and what has gone on since Leonard's rare outbreak of rationality on immigration and Dem-scum is more than "fishy"; it's outright treasonous evil. Bwook's wecent outburst to "stop being afwaid of Muslims" is a clue. He's a mole, fifth columnist or double agent of some kind. He must be taken down, and his insidious Obleftivism with him!!

Good post of yours here. ARIwatch is valuable. Something fishy has been going on ever since Leonard had his anti-scumbag-immigrants nuts chopped off as he was splayed across an underground altar JohnGalt-style. He's never recovered, and I wouldn't be surprised if Barney, Harry, or Yaron have them in formaldehyde to sell later on.

@ Mark Hunter,

I had read your articles in ARIWatch earlier, but now that you shared the links to all of them in one place in this comment, I read them once again. YOU ARE DOING GREAT WORK. Your reviews are very pertinent.

Once again I am amazed at the blindness that the intellectuals at the ARI have shown in supporting Hillary Clinton in the last election. I have serious doubts about the loyalty of these intellectuals to Ayn Rand and to Objectivism. Perhaps it is true that the ARI has been hijacked by a secret cabal of leftist forces.

Anyone who fails to see the kind of damage that the atrocious Obama foreign policy did to several countries around the world must be totally deluded and perhaps evil.

The problems that we see in Mid East, Asia, parts of Africa and in Europe are to a large extent linked to the weaknesses in American foreign policy "especially" during the Obama years. Obama created a power vacuum in the world which the leftist dictators and the Islamists are trying to fill.

The deluded intellectuals at the ARI have no idea how the people in USA and in other parts of the world are suffering due to the political failures of Washington. There is absolute disaster in many countries. There is no logic in the political analysis that comes out of the ARI. Their political analysis is not only irrational, it also smacks of a definite leftist agenda.

In any case, I am now TOTALLY done with the ARI. I am quite suspicious of their agenda.

You strike me as someone who isn’t into praise at all – critical take downs are your and Froggy's speciality.

Well now let’s see. During Trump’s campaign for the presidency I wrote six articles praising Trump and the American people who supported him, in reaction to the trashing of same by the so-called Ayn Rand Institute:
Fear and Loathing of Donald Trump  (12,800 words)
    Contra Trump 1  (1,100)
    Contra Trump 2  (1,950)
Leonard Peikoff on Donald Trump  (1,460)
    Vote for Hillary  (1,100)
They Know What They’re Doing  (2,500)
I did more to promote Trump than most people moving in Objectivist circles, certainly more than Olivia. After the election, by way of congratulations I wrote:
    The American Spirit  (8,450 words)
for a total of almost thirty thousand words. (I’m counting quotes, mostly from radio shows, because it’s a lot of work choosing just what to quote and then making a perfect transcription.) This work was done without benefit of donations from Carl Barney, John Allison, the Koch Brothers, and assorted hedge fund managers.

Near the end of “The American Spirit” I wrote (recall that ARI preferred Hillary Clinton):  “I’m prepared to be disappointed in Trump but it is flamingly obvious he will be orders of magnitude better than Clinton would have been.”  Turns out it paid to be prepared, though I must admit I wasn’t prepared for the magnitude of Trump’s foot-dragging, if degree of foot-dragging can be measured. Foot-dragging? Despite some good actions such as appointing Jeff Sessions Attorney General, in many respects the change in Trump has been an about face. Here is Ann Coulter, one of the greatest polemicists writing today, in her column dated May 3 (“On The Budget, It’s SWAMP PEOPLE: 47; TRUMP: 0”):

Trump entered the presidency with the only kind of power that matters. He didn’t owe Wall Street a thing. He didn’t owe anyone — not donors, lobbyists nor any political party. What he had was the people, passionately on his side.

But as soon as he got into office, Trump started giving away his miraculous, unprecedented power. ...

No amount of abandoning his supporters will get Trump anywhere with Wall Street, Hollywood or the media. Their ferocity will simply shift to ridicule.

Admittedly, Trump has the enormous handicap of having to work through congressional Republicans, who are feckless cowards. ...
...
[But] The deal was that we were getting the Hollywood version of a New York businessman: an uncouth, incurious rube — who would be ruthless in getting whatever he wanted.

In addition to being the only candidate for president in either party taking America’s side on trade, immigration, jobs and crime, what set Trump apart was his promise that we would finally win.

Remember? There would be so much winning, we were going to get “sick and tired of winning,” and beg him, “Please, please, we can’t win anymore. … It’s too much. It’s not fair to everybody else.”

We’re not winning. We’re losing, and we’re losing on the central promise of Trump’s campaign.
...
We want the ruthless businessman we were promised.

It’s not too late for Trump to keep his broken promises. He still could turn about and travel in the right direction, which brings me to the point I was trying to make in the post that so annoyed Olivia. Mindless unqualified praise for Trump, such as appears too often on SOLOP (and OL) is the opposite of what Trump needs. Trump’s supporters – the supporters of the Trump we once knew – must criticize him mercilessly and force him to become what we thought he was.

Now about the negativity of ARIwatch. What it is negative about of course is ARI. Believe it or not the original purpose of ARIwatch was to reform ARI but it soon became obvious that ARI was beyond reform. For a long time now the goal has been to expose and destroy ARI. It is an evil, fundamentally anti-American institution. To drag Aristotle into the discussion, he wrote that “justice consists in loving and hating aright.” We ought to hate ARI.

There’s more about the purpose of ARI near the beginning of “Response to Barney Revelations.”

I’m reminded of an aphorism of Logan Pearsall Smith’s that I read quoted in The C. S. Lewis Hoax by Kathryn Lindskoog:

“It is almost always worth while to be cheated; people’s little frauds have an interest which more than repays what they cost us.”

Smith of course was being optimistic. Sometimes it isn’t worth it, and sometimes the fraud is huge, but the hyperbole expresses the idea that at times analyzing fraud can be an interesting pastime.

The ARIwatch website hosts a few articles having nothing to so with ARI (a couple are tangentially related) that are listed on Various and Sundry. Of those Respiration Without Breathing: The Thunberg Barospirator has been quite popular, also The Willcutts Report: On the Death of James Forrestal.

Pathological (or White) Altruism

Doug Bandler The Second's picture

President Trump is preparing to accept hundreds of refugees from Iran and other terrorist-connected countries

Here is where Rand's altruism thesis proves predictive and thus shows that she did have important contributions. This plague of "altruism" or the way that benevolence is conceived of in the modern era is such a juggernaut. It seems impossible to counter. Trump is succumbing to it. And how could he not. To challenge it he would have to be a true historical giant with a very deep vision. That is so much to expect given our time.

I desperately want Trump to expel every fucking refugee (and the ARI while he's at it). But sadly I don't think he will even slow down the refugee program. Imagine what the Left will do when they regain power.

Trump's Main Issue

Doug Bandler The Second's picture

Ultimately Trump's success (or failure) will be measured on the basis of what improvements he can make in the economy and foreign policy.

No. Trump's success or failure will be measured most fundamentally on what he does about immigration. If Trump does not stop the deluge of non-white immigration, America is done for and the Left will gain total domination. Bloodshed will be inevitable and necessary.

Trump betrays his base ...

Mark Hunter's picture

From “Trump Moves to Accept Hundreds of Refugees from Iran Under Obama Deal” by Stephen Dinan, Washington Times, June 12, 2017.

President Trump is preparing to accept hundreds of refugees from Iran and other terrorist-connected countries, taking them from camps being maintained by Australia under a deal his predecessor struck, without putting them through the long vetting that usually takes place, according to a report being released Monday.

Some of the refugees have tried to cleanse their social media presence to try to delete red flags that could cost them their chance to come to the U.S., the Center for Immigration Studies report concludes.

A staggering 88 percent of the refugees have some level of mental illness or disorder, according to a U.N. health inspection last year. And the center’s report documents incidents of rape and sexual assault perpetrated by the refugees on locals.

Australia has been looking for a landing place for the refugees for years, and President Obama agreed to take them. Mr. Trump criticized the “dumb” deal in February, and shared a testy phone call with Australia’s prime minister, but has since relented and is moving quickly to welcome the refugees.

Trump needs more criticism and less praise around here.

Economy & forign policy

Chanakya's picture

Ultimately Trump's success (or failure) will be measured on the basis of what improvements he can make in the economy and foreign policy. He has to move quickly towards dismantling Obamacare, cutting taxes, getting rid of the maze of regulations. He has to take several actions in the foreign policy front.

The problem is that the leftists intellectuals and the politicians are keeping him completely tied in non-essential issues like the Russia investigation (which is nonsense) and other things. They are not allowing him to take a decisive action on economic and foreign policy.

The stock markets are doing well as of now, but if major economic issues are not dealt with the the rise may become unsustainable. Therefore Trump has a very difficult task ahead and it is going to be a rough ride.

The Fatuous and Depraved Right and Left

Kyrel Zantonavitch's picture

Anoop -- The Left is openly violent. But the Right is secretly so. At least you can see the Leftist monsters coming. With the Right, you won't know what hits you. Under George W. Bush, America had secret torture and spying on an unprecedented scale. Our Rightist-governed country partially died and never recovered. Trump may be doing truly monstrous stuff even as we speak.

The real horror of ARI is that they vote for Republicans and Democrats. That means welfare statist monsters. That means an intellectual support and moral sanction for slavery.

I've never voted for a Republican or Democrat in my life. ARIans evidently always have. Judge for yourself who is intellectually and morally superior by far.

Monster leftists are the real fascists

Chanakya's picture

I wonder what the intellectuals at the ARI have to say about the monstrous conduct of Kathy Griffin. https://milo.yiannopoulos.net/...

Onkar Ghate claimed in his Nov 16, 2016 article that the significance of Trump's election was "One Small Step for Dictatorship."

But as far as I can see Trump has been in power for more than 4 months and there is no dictatorship in US. Leftists like Griffin are free to prattle their monstrous nonsense. CNN continues to dish out its daily dose of falsehood. In fact, the media in Trump's USA seems more free to dish out their propaganda than it was in the time of Obama.

I wonder if Onkar Ghate will comment on Kathy Griffin. I would like to know if Ghate sees any danger in the open advocacy of violence by the leftists? But I don't think he will speak against the leftist media, because he is a COWARD who will never dare to speak against the left.

I fear that pseudo-Objectivists like Ghate are a major threat to Ayn Rand's legacy. They are making it seem as if the Objectivists are as irrational in their view of political situation as the leftists are.

It is time for Leonard Peikoff to do some housecleaning at the ARI (he must throw the leftist rats out of ARI, if he still cares to save whatever is left of the legacy of Rand).

Collusion

Kyrel Zantonavitch's picture

Whether the Filth wins depends..

gregster's picture

Most if not all of the journalism so far is unsubstantiated. But Trump should brief his press team prior to big announcements. He was saying to Judge Jeanine in the cabinet room that he will end the high-rating press briefings, and that he believes the voters know fake news when they see it. I don't think he's stupid enough to hang himself and make Spicer or Conway scapegoats. Much of his problem looks his own doing. Whether he can see this off by his tactical genius will be interesting. My bet is he will, because the public knows he means well and is doing well.

Trump Derangement Syndrome In Objectivist intellectauls

Chanakya's picture

This article, "The American Spirit- and Trump Derangement Syndrome at the Ayn Rand Institute", is a detailed and devastating critique of the irrational anti-Objectivist political position of the key ARI intellectuals. Very shocking article.

If Ayn Rand had been alive, many of these intellectuals who have very little understanding of Rand's philosophy would have been summarily excommunicated and disbarred from ever appearing in her presence. How can they use words like "barbarian", "creature," etc.? They are supposed to argue on the basis of evidence and logic and not by ranting like street idiots.

I remember seeing an interview of Robert Muldoon talking about the springbok riot. He said "They weren't angry. They were having the time of their lives", and he was referring to the children doing the rioting.

He was absolutely right, of course. And these young Trump derangement syndrome twits shouldn't be taken seriously, because deep down they don't even take themselves seriously. They are enjoying themselves. Really they are clueless and they know it.

Ditzy female moronnial sub-human SJW

As someone says in the YT comments: "Make gas chambers great again."

Remember, that thing has the vote!

Bold

Firing the FBI director was a bold, confident, provocative act. I hope he does more of this, such as simplifying taxes, and cutting more regulations, and grossly simplifying and liberating ObamaCare.

Trump and Media-Filth

Lindsay Perigo's picture

Great to hear that Trump is considering dumping the daily White House press briefings. Just a forum for strutting filth to preen and pose. Why give pus scope to ooze?!

Quite so!

Lindsay Perigo's picture

This is Trump's bravest feat of swamp-draining by far thus far.

Quite apart from anything else, it struck me during Comey's last testimony a few days ago what a snivelling, feelings-driven cry-baby he was. At one point he went out of his way to say how much he liked Loretta Lynch, Filth, on a personal level. Who the hell gives a shit?! Unprofessional, self-indulgent and infantile. Comey is like a moronnial from a time before we had moronnials. Whining and Narcissistic. Ugh!

No doubt Yawon will be denouncing Twump for this action this coming weekend. Memo to Leonard Peikoff: grow a pair like Trump's! Fire Bwook! Drain the swamp of this mercenary whining Obleftivist imposter!

In Firing Comey, Trump Shows He's Afraid of No One

Chanakya's picture

This is a good article:

"Ultimately, he was about the arrogance of power. His minions leaked one swamp-thing claim after another against Trump, while his Democratc Party allies in Congress brayed that Trump was in bed with the Russians. He let Hillary Clinton off the hook on an open-and-shut classified information mishandling, calculating that Clinton would be elected president and his best move would be to suck up to her. He made a lot of misstatements, not just the one that got him fired, but others, too. I was struck by his claim that he had never heard of Gazprom. Within weeks of that one, news came out that Comey's FBI was investigating Carter Page, a Trump ally - who was afffiliated with Gazprom. Then he said that Hillary's aide forwarded hundreds of emails to her pervy husband Anthony Weiner's sex-obsessed account."

Comey

gregster's picture

Utterly unsurprising to me. Comey and his buddies are corrupt. That Killary broke no law, according to him, sealed it. We are surrounded by con artists. I already hear radio commentators saying this makes Trump look bad because the (bullshit) Russian Trump connections are under investigation by Comey. He was lucky to last this long.

Anoop

Onkar, of course, is an Obleftivist, and thus a fan of Hollywood fascism, not someone who will attack it. He and Yawon should be deported to Iran.

Crooked Comey Canned!

Lindsay Perigo's picture

Bravo, Mr. President! A yooge step towards draining the swamp. Now, Hillary-Filth for Prison!

Fascists in Hollywood

Chanakya's picture

Lindsay, Onkar Ghate declared in his article "One Small Step for Dictatorship: The Significance of Donald Trump’s Election" that Trump was a fascist.

I wonder why Onkar has never written on the "real" fascists in Hollywood. Can you imagine Trump is not welcome on Ellen DeGeneres' show. http://www.foxnews.com/enterta...

I agree that Ellen DeGeneres' show is privately owned and it is the owners prerogative to decide who they want to have on their show. But the agenda of this show is totally fascist.

Better Than Expected But Still a Mixed Bag

Kyrel Zantonavitch's picture

Donald Trump is governing solidly more libertarian than I expected. He put a "constitutional originalist" on the Supreme Court. That means a semi-libertarian! Smiling He's cutting back on a few Big Business regulations, and trying to simplify the tax code, plus getting rid of some environmental regulations. Trump is trying to keep Muslims and other Third World savages out of America. This is all relatively good and lightly pro-freedom. Of course...

Trump's ignorance and arrogance about politics in general is still immense. He says remarkably false, dishonest, and strange things all of the time. And he still seems very childish and easy to manipulate personally. Zeus only knows what horrifically anti-liberty stuff he's up to secretly. He might easily, casually, thoughtlessly raise the deficit sky-high. Trump seems to have a massive amount of personal craziness too, supplemented by plenty of pettiness and fatuosity. So the danger of him doing something lunatic out of the blue -- including foolishly starting a nuclear war -- still seems very real.

Trump–basher seduced

Jeffrey Tucker demonstrates some balance with this article. He rises in my estimation. I hope the tax plan passes, it's obvious it will be a great forward step.

One Reason Why Trump’s First 100 Days Have Been a Huge Success

Chanakya's picture

Why was economic growth so poor during Barack Obama’s eight long years in office? In large part, because of the proliferation of irrational, counterproductive regulations from power-hungry federal agencies. If Donald Trump accomplishes nothing other than reversing that trend, his administration will be a success.

The Second Amendment - Brook

Neil Parille's picture

Linz, I barely made it through much (if not all) of Yaron Brook's show today in which he anal-ized Trump's first 100 days.

Best I can recall (I was enjoying a nice bottle of Argentinian red wine) that Brook did not mention the second amendment or Gorsuch (Merick Garland wanted to reconsider the appeals court holding that there is a second amendment right to possess firearms).

But Objectivists have never been big on the right to bear arms. Of course who needs a fire arm if you live in a lilly white gated community.
