Belief in God

People who believe in god almost invariably don't believe in Man. They reject and damn humanity. Such persons usually claim that the Holy Individual is naturally and inherently evil, both personally and socially.

But, in fact, the opposite is true. When it comes to personal morality, the Sacred Self is naturally honest and brave in confronting life, and he generally and rather easily works hard and smart to make himself great and happy thruout his brief existence. When it comes to social morality, this same noble soul doesn't much enjoy beating and robbing his neighbors, but instead naturally and peacefully cooperates, trades, and practices justice with his fellow man.

Despite what the religiosos claim, the existence of "god" isn't necessary, desirable, or expedient to make humans personally and socially good. Indeed, god almost invariably makes Man morally depraved, by claiming evil-doers will be forgiven and rewarded if only they stay or become "sincerely" religious. And by claiming, against all evidence, that god is everywhere, watching, and judging, the religious badly undercut the effect of genuine morality, social pressure, and government law -- all of which do massively tend to make Man good.

Religion is how bad men terrorize and tyrannize good men. They use some invented "supreme being" to exploit and enslave the innocent and foolish, both mentally and physically. Such folks mostly use god to warp and debauch mankind for their own fiendish or criminal benefit. Ultimately, belief in god degrades and destroys Man on many different levels.
