Are there any lawyers or the likes, who have a few minutes to email me some advice?

I am building a very large case which is complex and there are many webs to weave.
My problem is arranging my evidence and adding to my time line as new details come
to hand. I have several cases within one case, if that makes sense. And my office looks like a war zone.

I don't need legal advice, just some hints on how to put a case together and how I can have hundreds of pages of evidence easily accessible?
