Saturday, January 14, 2006 I will be going to the National Air and Space Museums Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center near Dulles International Airport in Virginia. Museum opens at 10am but parking is $12 per vehicle. If anyone is interested in coming along, contact me as soon as possible! Joe Idoni

Don't get discouraged, folks! As soon as Duncan/Julian get a staff forum sorted we'll thrash out a date for SOLOC 5. Probably we'll have a SOLOC 4.5 in NZ before that, quite soon. Of course, whatever you organise among yourselves, such as a weekend with Ashley in the mountains (!) will be blessed by the gods as well.

I am in Philadelphia. I think there are some SOLOists around here, but not many. If you want to organize something between here and there, or something major that I would travel further for, I would be game. Driving to DC is hellish, which is why I didn't even consider it, but I think Baltimore is reasonable. Or I would drive further away from the city, if some of you guys wanted to spend a weekend in the mountains or something. What do you think?

Alright, so I didn't go to my own meeting. But no one would have noticed anyways.
What does a guy have to do to get people out? I've already taken the post in Maryland, and unofficially in DC and Northern VA. That's a HUGE area to cover.
Is it so hard to think that there are some SOLOists in this area? Or do they just not care?
If I didn't know better, I'd think that I'd have to use the argument against intimidation.
