Chef Mark and I have today unveiled our Super Secret Project, which has taken us from the blue agave fields of Amatitan, Mexico to the (insert adjective here) city of Las Vegas. Our new mini-series is called "On the Tequila Trail", and has been crafted to educate the world about fine tequila -- which should be sipped, not slammed. Check it out! Thanks Mark! We had a lot of fun doing this series. I should note that this tequila is aged in Jack Daniels whiskey barrels, so it takes on the notes of the aged oak -- very intriguing.
