I am terribly pleased to announce that the new anthology Food & Philosophy Chef Mark also has an essay in the book about micro-regional cuisines and how cultures evolve via the plate. We're both very excited, and hope you'll check out the book! It's very encouraging to see philosophy linked with food in a book meant for the layperson, and I hope this is a trend Chef Mark and I are helping to foster and support through our own passions. We had a wonderful meal -- small group this year (21 people). I laugh at people's faces when I say that -- that's just immediate family! Lots of love, food, laughter and Italian loudness...just the way I like it.
