![]() Well, it's Mozart's 250th birthday, and it seems he's everywhere today. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em I reckon. I'll be sitting back enjoying a few of those immaculate fondants tonight. As my flatmate TimV keeps reminding me, we shouldn't really be dissing someone who wrote their first symphony aged 8 and who perfected the classical structure, on which others were able to build and reach greater heights.
