The West is always being blamed by leftists and their Muslim friends about how our engagement in the Muslim world will destabilize the region, when that's the answer exactly. Islam has destabilized the entire region for over a thousand years, so the more Western destabilization the better.

The more chaos, or evil you have in any area of the planet,
means the more insanity in that area. If you attack insanity with a science of the mind that any man can use, you increase reason, lessen insanity and evil.
