TV ads are a great barometer of our cultural desert. The witty ones have all been weeded out because some PC fuckwits (Wgtn Libz?) got "so offended" by them. This one, for instance:

We're now left with ads paid for by Nanny State scolding us for enjoying ourselves, and private enterprise ads that are testament to the Age of the Airhead. This Telecom one has to be the stupidest ad ever. The funniest part is that grey-haired git strutting across the screen about 28 seconds in, then coming back into picture looking so embarrassingly self-conscious. The headbanging "music" is irritating and mindless beyond words.
