THEIR 9/11Submitted by Bosch Fawstin on Thu, 2008-09-11 07:11.
I want them to mourn. But they can feel pain, they can feel loss.
I want Retribution.
And when I say them, I mean the killers, their supporters and every single last person on earth who had a good day on 9/11. I want them to have their 9/11 as a reminder that Islam will lead them to the destruction they plan for us. They will never learn until they get what they deserve, until they get their 9/11.

Thanks, Kyrel.

Bingo
Damn well said, Bosch!
Recovering Muslims is what
Recovering Muslims is what we are, unsub, no apologies and no deference towards me, please. I can be sarcastic, and I do tend to ask rhetorical questions which answer themselves. And if we were to see Islam apart from the death and destruction in its wake, [impossible, I know, but for my point] when we see Islam as it is, naked Islam, stripped of the violence within it, it is a ludicrous belief system that fully deserves the derision and ridicule that Mohammed recieved for it before he killed the laughter with his sword, finally showing the world the true meaning of Islam, and then making the once impotent word of allah finally one to be taken deadly seriously in the only way it ever could.

thank you
Forgive me. Sometimes one is a teacher; sometimes one is a student.
Travel well.
There isn't one, unsub,
There isn't one, unsub, which says it all.

leader
Hello BF,
Don't know who the leader of the much discussed 'moderate' Islam is.
Kindly enlighten.
Right, it doesn't matter
Right, it doesn't matter that most Muslims won't act on violent jihad, but that they have been unwilling to come out, at large, and condemn the attacks tells us more than they're currently comfortable in telling us. Most Muslims seem to be more than willing to accept the concessions they're getting from the West, making the non-Islamic world incrementally more Islamic, which reveals a desire from them to live in the same kind of world that Osama bin Laden is killing for.
We all know who the world's most famous Muslim is, a mass murdering terrorist, but can any of us name the leader of the much discussed 'moderate' Islam?

Islam vs. Western Civilization
Bosch -- I think you're exactly right about those mass celebrations and private exultations after 9/11 in the Muslim world. I don't know any Muslims that truly reject jihad and sharia, nor Hezbollah and Hamas. They almost all sympathize with Osama, and at worst find him impolitic and unstrategic. They mainly condemn him for failing to stage more successful attacks since 2001.
Thanks a lot, Scott. Kyrel,
Thanks a lot, Scott.
Kyrel, the only time I have ever seen mass celebrations by Muslims was right after the 9/11 atrocity. It was as empirical a refutation of the myth that we're only dealing with a 'small minority of extremists' as any. The truth is that many average, non-terrorist Muslims celebrated 9/11, and it is never mentioned. In the moment of truth, most Muslims will side with Islam against the civilized world, though we're nowhere Near ready to accept that fact. And for every open and loud celebration they did, there no doubt were far more private ones. I've not seen the videos of the celebrations since that day, though the one with the 'palestinians' is still available online. Then there were the celebratory 'editorials' across the Muslim world in the days that followed, all by state-sanctioned newspapers, of course, in full agreement with them. Those who could celebrate the mass murder of innocent civilians are guilty civilians who deserve the same fate.
kaiwai, it's true, however irrational their beliefs, they fully believe in them, whereas we've become so self-critical that we don't know what to think or say, much less what to do against the enemy. They are fully unified, we are not, and that's a big advantage on their part.
We will get it together, but only after another big reminder from them that they're Truly here to wipe us out.

Reminds me
I'm reading through some Leo Strauss books now, and it reminds me of the problems of the 'moral relativism' which out culture has slid into. We're unable to defend our society when we can't even idenitify what we're defending! how can we as a society defend outselves from the onslaught of Islam when we can't even nail down what we as a culture, as a society, collectively believe in.
When there is a gradual slide each year over the boundaries of what is and isn't acceptable - is anyone surprised when some are sucked into the vortex that is Islam with its absolutes and boundaries clearly laid down as to what is and isn't acceptable?
These Guys Need a Reformation QUICK
Thanks Bosch and Unsub! And Bosch: I don't even want to think about what the Muslims would do to us if they had our military power! As Rand and many others have noted: the West is its own worst enemy. We lack the neccessary philosophical knowledge and moral certitude -- and thus we strike weapons out of our own hands. Or else proceed to shoot ourself in the foot...and gut...and heart. Sad!
Based on a great deal of interactions with Muslims on many levels, I think only a few percent today are basically similar to Christians, Jews, Mormons, and Hindus in terms of love of freedom and civilization. And normal Muslims consider them to be apostates and traitors!
It's depressing to think, but in my view maybe 90 or 95 per cent of Muslims today believe in jihad, sharia, and shahada to a degree incompatible with Western liberalism and human civilization.
Mostly sweet people -- but really brain-washed!
It is a true pleasure
...to find a real visual artist on here. Great work as always, Mr. Fawstin.

Excellent, BF. Thank you.
Book's coming along well,
Book's coming along well, fellow Muslim, thanks for asking. But I was being sarcastic about Kyrel's direct response to the threat we face. And Miss Piggy would've socked Obama if he were real.

pigman
Well hello, BF. Good to see you again. How's the book coming along?
On the contrary, my fellow Muslim; Kyrel was being clear. I couldn't have said better meself, I don't think.
I don't mind cooking bacon for my girls. I was raised on the memory of the smell of it back in Kuala Lumpur.
Do you think Miss Piggy of the Muppets fame will be insulted by Obama's clip?
Why so vague, Kyrel, what do
Why so vague, Kyrel, what do you really want? [hate smiley's]
I'm with you, this enemy exists on the assumption that we won't bury them even though we have the power to.
If they had our power.......

Real Vengeance
I want justice. I want revenge. I want loud, proud, open, emphatic, public hatred and rage proclaimed for moderate, mainstream, average, normal, traditional Islam. I want death for current and historic Islam. I want all activist supporters of jihad (war), sharia (slavery) and shahada (martyrdom) declared monsters and enemies of mankind for all time.
And I want those most responsible for 9/11 to pay dearly. At the least, I want the fundamentalist leaders -- and the leading fundamentalist mosques and madrassas -- of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Iran smart-bombed to holy hell. And I really want it all to happen today.
I was thinking of a print
I was thinking of a print for an upcoming comic book convention I'm going to, kaiwai, and I think this does it just right. Thanks for the good words.
And thank you, Sandi, as always, your words are much appreciated.

OH
I am stunned.
Kudos Bosch!
"Who is John Galt?"
Awesome
That is probably one of the most powerful images I've seen on here yet. Awesome stuff. I'd love to see that as a massive print
I really do appreciate it,
I really do appreciate it, Lindsay, and I want to thank you for making me feel at home at SOLO, I love your passion and the give and take here is as good as it gets.
