Wow, now that I think of it,
Wow, now that I think of it, yes, there sure was a camera a few rows ahead, ha. I suppose I can say that I was so taken by the talk, which I was, but that doesn't explain my obliviousness.

Video
Someone sitting a couple rows ahead of us was making a video of the discussion. Perhaps you could contact the UC Irvine campus club to find out what they're doing with it?
It really was a strong talk
It really was a strong talk and it was great meeting up with you, Lindsay.
Kyrel, I didn't notice any cameras, but hopefully there were, the things that must be said were said.

Report
The two speakers were exceptional. Yaron Brook got more dynamic as the night wore on, KASSly putting the case for blasting Islamofascism off the face of the earth, and Wafa Sultan, sounding very much like Ayn Rand, ended with a heartfelt plea to the audience not to take America for granted and to "fight for your values; fight for your rights." Alas, it was a smallish audience of the already-converted. There needed to be some dissent of the kind these meetings have evidently attracted before. Security was quite stringent—Ms Sultan gets death threats every day, some of them extremely vivid. But a few dissenting voices would have livened things up, and afforded the rest of us the pleasure of seeing stinking superstitionists told that their superstition stinks in no uncertain terms.
I went with my old friend Chris Lewis. We met up with Amy Peikoff and Bosch Fawstin, but with the evening having stretched out didn't get too much time to chat. Hope to catch up again later.

It would be wonderful if these guys posted a video of this on the internet.
