Yes. It's a property rights/free speech issue first and foremost.

The Piano Concerto Meets Hollywood : Poulenc's Piano ConcertoSubmitted by Jason Quintana on Sun, 2009-01-04 03:02
This is a newer piece of music to me. It plays a lot like an old Hollywood film score. The composer is French, but this piece of music sounds distinctly American.

Here's something ...
... a beautiful rendering of the WC by the pianist, who happens to be beautiful also, with the most out-of-tune orchestra you ever heard!
"I thought we agreed you
"I thought we agreed you wouldn't tell anyone! "
I assumed I would get that response but the line was too good to pass up.
That is a good bit of cinema. Good sets. Sounds like a Rach prelude. Did you ever watch the movie The Pianist?

That is your problem. You always pull out too fast
I thought we agreed you wouldn't tell anyone!
What is this Warsaw concerto?
Written by Richard Addinsell for the wartime movie Dangerous Moonlight. A mini-concerto in the style of Rachmaninoff. I believe Rach himself was asked to write it, but declined, for whatever reason. You can hear its themes somewhat fragmentedly in this delightful clip from the movie:
"I pulled out of this about
"I pulled out of this about a third of the way through. Dribble and drivel."

What is this Warsaw concerto?
Poulenc not my cup of tea,
I don't get much out of Poulenc. Have actually performed him several times, and he's even worse for the other side of the music stand.
Don't start in on Delius, Linz! I'm related to him somehow...

Dribble! :-)
I pulled out of this about a third of the way through. Dribble and drivel. Reminded me of some Delius-type meandering nonsense. I repaired to the Warsaw Concerto for a quick fix.
