Boris Johnson, Mayor of London, writing in the Daily Telegraph. After having suffered a green fog in his head since being elected, the fog has finally started to clear. In the last few weeks Boris has publicly argued against tax increases, increased Government spending, punishing Bankers and now protectionism.

If Boris continues down this track, he may become the most powerful Thatcherite in the country.
