SOLO-International Press Release: The Anti-American President, Pt. 4

You know you're entitled to call President Barack Obama "President Benito Obamadinejad" and that he is part of the Gramsci/Alinsky/Chomsky Axis of Evil when:

*The nation's jobless rate just scored its biggest year-to-year June increase in four decades, losing 6.1 million jobs in one year, in spite of (because of) unthinkable sums of money being doled out in Bailout Bolshevism "stimulus" programs ... and the President then says he's contemplating yet more Bailout Bolshevism, not content with having quadrupled the budget deficit, nationalized core industries and placed the country in hock to Communist China.

*The President presses ahead with his lunatic anti-Global Warming cap-and-trade legislation that would give the EPA control of private homes, treat CO2 as a pollutant and hugely exacerbate the recession via stratospheric energy prices, even though cooling seems to have supplanted warming which was not caused by man-made CO2 emissions in any event!

*The President presses ahead with his plan to nationalize medicine (as if it's not hamstrung by government controls and programs already) even though it may force the currently-insured to forfeit their existing private coverage.

*The President readies to raise taxes every which way, notwithstanding his election campaign promise not to raise taxes on anyone earning less than $250,000.

*The President foregoes an historic opportunity to effect regime change in Iran and betrays pro-freedom martyrs on the grounds that he doesn't want to be seen to be "meddling," while he's quick to meddle in the affairs of Honduras to keep an ally of Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro in office.

*The President takes twelve days to manage to be "outraged and appalled" by the Iranian regime's actions.

*The President presses ahead with his plans for unconditional negotiations with the Iranian regime.

*The President celebrates the withdrawal of American troops from Iraqi cities while neglecting to mention that he opposed President Bush's Surge which made the withdrawal possible.

*The President tries to manage the media notwithstanding the latter's "slobbering love affair" with him. Even the Wicked Witch of the Far-Left, Helen Thomas, scolds the President for holding town hall meetings that are nothing less than infomercials, with pre-scripted questions being asked by pre-screened questioners, saying this is part of a "pattern of control" that is "shocking, quite shocking."

According to the Declaration of Independence, governments are instituted among men to secure the inalienable individual rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; according to Benito Obamadinejad, governments are instituted among men to run schools and hospitals and banks and auto industries, and dictate the type of light bulb men may use and the types of thoughts they may express. According to the Founding Fathers, government should be minimal and unobtrusive; according to Obamadinejad government should be omnipotent and inescapable.

As July 4 approaches, Americans should confront the fact that their President is a treasonist with a diabolically anti-American agenda. Republicans should reflect on the fact that if he's not impeached before next July 4, America as we've known it may be irrecoverable by the time of the November elections. It's that serious.

Iran says British embassy officials will stand trial

...President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has repeatedly blamed foreign powers, specifically Britain, for stirring up the protests that greeted his discredited re-election on June 12.

Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati, head of the Guardian Council which ratified the presidential election on Monday, said: “In these incidents, [the British] embassy had a presence, some people were arrested. Naturally they will be put on trial, they have made confessions.”

According to the British Government, seven of nine local staff originally detained by the Iranian authorities have now been released.

A Foreign Office spokesman denied that embassy staff took any part in demonstrations and demanded more information from Tehran.

“We are very concerned by these reports and are investigating,” a spokesman said. “Allegations that our staff were involved in fomenting unrest are wholly without foundation. We will be seeking an urgent explanation from the Iranians.”

Gordon Brown’s official spokesman added: “We are concerned about these reports and we are seeking clarification on this as a matter of urgency.”

Iran accused the embassy employees of instigating the riots and demonstrations that have convulsed Tehran for three weeks. Britain has rejected the allegations as baseless and demanded the immediate release of the staff still in detention...

Surely something must be terribly wrong with a man who seems to be far more concerned with a Jew building a house in Israel than with Muslims building a nuclear bomb in Iran." Burt Prelutsky

"given the penalty for treason."

If only! It's a dead crime. If it were still in force half of Congress, and a dozen major news editors, would have been strung up more than five years ago. When was the last time anyone was convicted?

Obama hasn't withdrawn his offer to meet with Ahmadinejad

It would be nothing less than treason for him to do so in light of the recent civilian uprising and subsequent deaths in Iran.

If Ahmadinejad wanted to play clever, he'd call a meeting with Obama who has placed himself in an impossible situation. Either Obama sticks to his promise and publicly meets with a man who has the blood of civilians on his hands or he backs down from his word.

The Oba-shyster is a moron and a poor liar.

He promised not to raise taxes, simultaneously running the printing presses off their wheels over at the Fed.

Serious allegation

"As July 4 approaches, Americans should confront the fact that their President is a treasonist with a diabolically anti-American agenda."

This is a deadly serious allegation, given the penalty for treason.

It is also 100% accurate and correct, as usual, Linz.

Truth usually floats to the top despite media. The question is whether America will discover what he is really about before he steers the ship into the rocks.

A minor correction.

There's only one thing wrong with this post. It should not use that once honorable, or at least useful, title to name the vain thing that is merely sitting in the chair in the Oval Office, laughing while Rome burns.
