HUGE Announcement!!
It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that I share our latest news:
We are thrilled to announce that Chef Ming Tsai is the newest member of the Culinary Podcast Network. The Simply Ming Videocast delivers his unique brand of culinary instruction, which has been an inspiration for many professional and home cooks, and we are honored to have him as part of our collection of shows.
Host Ming Tsai shares simple tips on everything from wine basics to filleting fish in this complementary videocast to Simply Ming, the PBS show from WGBH Boston. Ming is the Chef/Owner of the world-renowned East/West bistro Blue Ginger, Emmy award winning host of the Food Network’s East Meets West and Ming’s Quest, and author of cookbooks Blue Ginger and Simply Ming.
Since Chef Tsai's show is a videocast, you can watch it directly on iTunes, or on your video iPod.

That Steve guy...
...actually has his own show, which you can listen to via the Culinary Podcast Network. The show is called Gastrologica.
He is outspoken, saucy, and our thinking is in line on many things -- I think you'll enjoy him.

Conspicious Consumption!
Do get that SteveW guy back, he is awesome and sees things my way.
Heh.
What's in a name? Apparently quite a bit.
I'm very intrigued by the need for people to label themselves. "I am an 'X'." Why is that important? And if it touches a nerve when someone calls it into question, does that not reveal something within that might need to be addressed? I say this from personal experience (which is why it is a topic of interest).
Ross, I will get a gun, a cannon, and several small boats just in case the waters get deep.

Screw em'
GO GET EM JEN! FOODIES FOREVER!
Ah, Jen, you're becoming
Ah, Jen, you're becoming what's known as "public" property.
As De Niro said in The Untouchables: I grew up in a tough neighbourhood where you could get further with a gun and a smile than you could with just a gun.
Buy a gun
Oy!
Well, show #1 was greeted with some hate mail the next morning (comments are a pop-up link). This should be an interesting adventure -- I'm realizing how hypersensitive the public is, and can only imagine what's to come when I really get into the subject matter. Sheesh.

Yikes.
As long as it doesn't have anything to do with that fig leaf...
