I live in Ontario Canada. I am a father of two and work as a Fitness Clinician. I enjoy the academic aspects of fitness (exercise physiology/nutrition) most though I do compete as a natural bodybuilder.

I am an avid Objectivist with a hope that this 'Sense of Life' aspect becomes more developed and integral to the movement.
