I'm the founder and CEO of The Gilded Fork, a multimedia company celebrating food's sensual and philosophical pleasures. Our projects include an online magazine, products for the the home and kitchen, offline events, and the newly launched Culinary Podcast Network, which gathers the web's best food podcasters in one place for your daily dose of gastronomic musings. I've recently started my own podcast, Food Philosophy, which is an in-depth look at the roots of sensual pleasure and its relation to cuisine -- all delivered with a heaping tablespoon of sass.
