Description

I am an admirer of Ayn Rand and agree with most, though not all of her teaching.
I have a PhD in Philosophy, MA in history and BA in political science, and remain interested in all of these topics, as well as in economics, biology and anthropology.
My doctoral dissertation was based on Peikoff's "Analytic-Synthetic Dichotomy", in which I defended almost exactly the same views, and elaborated some, carrying them into areas that he had not discussed. The main part of this I later elaborated into a book, "Necessary Factual Truth".
I have been teaching philosophy at Eastern Michigan University and various community colleges, and have taught history a couple of times at one of them.
